Start your Independence Day with the hometown favorite Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast, then gather for the Flag Raising Ceremony and Singing of the National Anthem at 9:00 AM—a powerful moment of patriotism and community pride.

Line the streets for the Independence Day Parade kicking off at 10:00 AM (participant lineup begins at 8:45 AM)—a vibrant showcase of local spirit, tradition, and celebration.

After the parade, head to Gough Park for the Patriotic Freedom Festival, where the celebration continues with live music, local vendors, great food, and family-friendly activities throughout the day. Bring your chairs or relax on the grass and enjoy the music.

This isn’t just another 4th of July—this is a once-in-a-generation celebration of 250 years of freedom, resilience, and American spirit. A free community event open to all.
