From West College Avenue, turn south on North Bullard Street. The Potala Palace is located in the 3rd storefront on the left-hand side of the first block.
Located in one of the only remaining buildings downtown to survive the Main Street Flood of 1895, The Potala Palace carries unique art and gifts from around the world, as well as snacks and drinks.
