The Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend the May 2024 Chamber Luncheon featuring Fire Chief Milo Lambert of the Town of Silver City Fire Department. Join us on Thursday, May 2, 2024, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Grant County Veterans Memorial Business and Conference Center.
Chief Lambert has been with the Silver City Fire Department since 2003. In January 2008, he was promoted to the position of Deputy Chief of Fire Prevention. That gave him the wonderful opportunity to interact with merchants and business people throughout the city and surrounding areas on inspections and code reviews. He also performed all the fire origin and cause investigations and life safety plan reviews.
In May 2017, he was promoted to the position of Fire Chief. This position has allowed him to guide the direction of the department's overall goals and gain a larger voice in the Fire Service throughout the state. He is the instructor for the New Mexico State Fire Marshals Association, The New Mexico Fire Grant Council, and the New Mexico Fire Service Council. He is actively continuing his education with the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland, and multiple conferences and trainings throughout the year.
Lunch will be provided by Mi Casita Restaurant.
The fee for the luncheon is $15.00 per person. To register for the luncheon, click the registration link to the right. You may also call the Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce office at (575) 538- 3785 to register or if you have any questions.
We look forward to seeing you there!
