4th of July Silver City Independence Day Parade and Patriotic Freedom Festival

Come out and enjoy a day of celebration and fun! 

The Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce is excited to celebrate the Annual 4th of July event at Gough Park (1201 N. Pope St.)! 

The day will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the Raising of the Flags and the performance of the National Anthem by Keana Huerta! The "This Land Belongs To You & Me" parade will begin at 10 a.m. at the corner of Pope St. and 13th St. It will then proceed down Pope St. and then take a left on College Avenue and then a slight right onto Bullard Street. The parade will proceed down Bullard Street until taking a left on East Broadway Street and then will take a left onto Hudson Street. The parade will continue to 13th Street where it will end. 

The Patriotic Freedom Festival will begin at 11:00 a.m. with an opening performance from Silver Stompers! Live music will then begin with Siempre at around 11:30 a.m. followed by an intermission performance from the Silver High School Band. The Illusion Band will then perform to close out the day! There will be food trucks, a variety of vendors, activities, and more!
